1. ORDERING ON MICHIKOKOSHINO.COM
To make purchases on Michiko Koshino’s website you do not need to register.
How to order:
From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product
Add the product to your Shopping Bag
Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag
Select a shipping method and a payment method
Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details
Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Buy Now”.
After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail.
2. CHANGE OR ORDER CANCELLATION
Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To return any items please refer to our Return Policy.

3. PAYMENT METHODS
Michikokoshino.com accepts the following payment methods:
– Debit/Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron, Maestro enabled debit cards.
– Paypal
As soon as you complete your order, authorisation for the necessary payment will be requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds however the card is not charged at this time.
The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in michikokoshino.com ’s bank account.
The actual payment occurs when the order is dispatched, at which point you will receive a notification e-mail.
4. PAYMENT SECURITY
Michikokoshino.com’s clients are guaranteed maximum credit card security because all transactions are processed using a verisign secure site pro with EV.
First time customers paying with credit cards might need to be verified by their banks before funds are sent. The order will be reserved but this might delay shipping time.
5. SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with CSM Logistics and CSM Logistics will refer in some case to work with DHL, Fedex or UPS, upon delivery a signature is request.
The couriers usually operate between 9am – 6pm on business days.
All the orders will be dispatched immediately after received payment, exclude weekends.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our London based warehouse.

6. TAXES AND DUTIES
Items shipped inside the UK all include taxes, duties and import fees.
Orders to all other countries do not include taxes, duties and import fees which are country specific and are not covered by michikokoshino.com. These fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer.
If these payments are not met on delivery, the item doesn’t clear customs or if the item is not withdrawn for any reason, the item will be sent back to michikokoshino.com or destroyed, depending on local laws. Return import fees will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will not be given in cases in which the package has been destroyed or lost once sent back to michikokoshino.com
If and when an agent is necessary in order to clear a package from customs, these fees are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by michiko koshino.com.
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
All countries out of European Union are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are NOT included in the final price and will all be on customer’s charge.
7. FIRST-TIME ORDER POLICY
For security purposes, Michikokoshino.com reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
8. CURRENCIES
Payments as well as refunds for shipments are all invoiced in GBP Pound Sterling.
Credit cards will be debited in GBP Pound Sterling, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction.
9. RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept exchanges or refund within 10 days from the receipt of the merchandise.
Kindly note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a difference size.
The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.
In order to start the exchange or refund process the customers can contact the Michikokoshino.com customer care team via email at customer@michikokoshino.co.uk
Stating the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a refund. The customer will then receive an email with a return authorisation number that is needed to fill out the return tag which must be sent back with the item/s in question.
The customers can also give his phone contact in order to be contacted by the customer@michikokoshino.co.uk team as soon as possible.
Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to michikokoshino.com avoiding any discrepancy.
Item/s that will not match michiko koshino return policy will be not take into consideration and sent back to the customer at his own cost.
The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (bags, wrapping, etc.). The item/s must be unharmed, worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. The michikokoshino.com packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.
If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost
Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock. Exchanges for different items are not accepted. An item can only be exchanged once.
The refund procedure will take 10 days from the arrival of the item/s at the warehouse. Any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed.
Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement, this may change depending on banks and credit providers.
Bank transfer refunds will be refunded to the original account after the customer has sent the michiko koshino customer care team his bank coordinates.
All return shipping and import fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from the final refund and will not be reimbursed.
Free exchanges are available from United Kingdom, all European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Italy, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania) and Japan.
Free exchanges are not available from all the other countries and all import fees and shipping costs involved in the exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Gift returns will be credited to the original account that purchased the items.
Sale items and items with reduced prices follow the same regulation as full price items.
All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact customer@michikokoshino.co.uk

Michikokoshino.com will not be held responsible for any harm, damage or death caused by any service directly or indirectly provided by michikokoshino.com or that is caused directly or indirectly by michikokoshino.com products, materials or personnel.
